Nestled in the downtown business district of Corning, Iowa, CCFA is positioned to bring a unique blend of artistic happenings to Corning and its visitors.
CCFA is one of only 80 artist-in-residency programs in the United States; the only one in Iowa. Artists will reside in Corning and bring their special talents to the people in our region. We look forward to these artists complementing our creative culture.
Mission Statement
The Mission of the Corning Center for the Fine Arts is to provide citizens and visitors to Corning with a unique venue at which to enjoy that which makes Corning a great place to live and visit.
Within this mission, the Resident Artists Program will support and enhance the creativity of artists by providing time for work, reflection and collegial interaction in a unique, small-town setting.
